I've deployed a simple workflow that's running well, but it's necessary to give the Coordinator role to anyone that must click in "Approve" or "Refuse" icons, even those that should have only an Editor role, once the action icons aren't shown otherwise. It drives the system unsafe: anyone can do any

Icandido, Did you get an answer on your support post? I believe your issue is the same as mine. I want to set a temporary editor permission for files included in a workflow and when the workflow is done and completed, revoke the permissions to those files from those users if they are not in the directory group permissions.

Is this possible? Thanks much!
