Hi,Do you know if the latest stable RM version used for 4.2.2 be compatible with Alfresco 5.0 release? should we wait a little more to be migrated/made-compatible?Thanks in advance.

Hello,

to my knowledge, the latest stable RM version is not (fully) compatible with Alfresco 5.0. If I remember correctly from Alfresco Summit, there will be a specific release for 5.0. Unfortunately, I can't find the slides for it - either because it was in a slide-less presentation (using video) or the slides have not been uploaded by the presenter (presenters have been "nudged" a couple of times to do this already).

I tried installing in the recommended way, but still don't get records management by either dragging a dashlet or creating a site. I am assuming that the 2.3.b.amp files are not up to 5.0 yet. If this is the case, does anyone know when rm will be doing a release?

I have installed the rm 2.3.b from downloads on Alfresco 5.0.c and I do have RecordsManagement working.

I am still evaluating the Alfresco 5 with records management, but at least I can tell that the basic functionality seems to be there.

FYI RM 2.3.c is now available for 5.0.c.
