Quickshare link broken

Hello,The public share link has stopped working in our environment, the browser gets stuck in a loop when the url is requested. Shows no errors in the logs. However, if I restart my application; it will work for a little while and then die again.I have kerberos for SSO configured.Any help would be h

What is your environment, e.g. what version of Alfresco are you using? If you're an Enterprise customer you can obviously raise a support request, or if you're just a Community user then you may want to raise an issue on JIRA. You will probably need to provide more information than you have here though as there's not much to go on... example when creating the link what is the response from the XHR request made to the server?
