Hello,

Look at the permissions set on your site folder. I think that you need to grant Read permissions to group EVERYONE on your site.

Thank you! I tried that, it didn't help, I also tried to set "EVERYONE" as site manager, contributor, collaborator, didn't work either. When you import a site, after import the .acp file, what other steps are there?

You can't import an entire site via acp since there are permissions and config files that are not recorded. You should be able to use acp import export for part of a site. In particular the doc lib.
