Alfresco version vs Activiti version

We are planning to upgrade our Alfresco 4.0 to 4.2 and we were curious if there is a specific version of Activiti that needs to be implemented along side 4.2. If it does please let us know but if not and we can use the update 5.17 version with our 4.2 upgrade that would be great.

I think it was a custom version of activiti that shipped with alfresco 4.2. (The activiti code came off a separate branch that had a few extra methods.)

IIRC this got sorted with alfresco 5.0. Which ships a normal version of activiti community version.

Bottom line is that the tight integration on 4.2 May cause problems.
