There look to be several problems here that need to be identified. Some of the errors are due to trying to create files and folders that already exist so it may be an error in the JMeter test. Concurrent errors can be rather hard to tie down.

If any issues can be narrowed down to bugs in the code then please raise them in JIRA.

And you have some sort of Null Pointer exception from I think RM. Looks like some initialization is not quite correct.
