    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi again,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Quick question, does anybody know of a way to force a user to become a member of a site, bypassing the need to invite/accept?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This needs to be something that a user can do from Share.&amp;nbsp; There are no security considerations here, most 'end users' only access the reposisory through another app.&amp;nbsp; The only users that will ever log into Share just need to be able to put other users in sites without having to invite/accept.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Edward&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You may directly add users in site groups as per required permission. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For ex:&amp;nbsp; If site name is test, and user1 needs to be given manger role then add user1 to GROUP_site_test_SiteManager.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Not sure, if these groups are searchable or not. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes, they are searchable.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can manage them using the groups form, selecting the option to show system groups, then clicking on the navigate button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There you can add users to the desired groups, as you just described.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
