There are a couple of things that you can do to troubleshoot the error that you are getting.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Make sure the plugin for Firefox is installed. It should be something like Microsoft Office 2010 plugin. Also, make sure that it is enabled or allowed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the web dav part try this. Open word then go to file….open. In the look in bar type in the url to your alfresco install. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://fqdn.com:7070/alfresco" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://fqdn.com:7070/alfresco&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lastly talk with your IT department to see who installed alfresco and ask if they also installed the sharepoint module.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

You can try ACEOFFIX which is specified in MS Office files online editing,saving and reviewing. You can use it as a web component in your ECMS, things will become much easier.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
