Hi,
besides the 30 day trial you can download here http://www.alfresco.com/products/one/trial, I think you must have an Alfresco subscription to have access to a specific version of Alfresco Enterprise.

Yes you need an account to access the downloads page. If you are a customer then call alfresco support.
