windows2012 fresh installs tomcat won't start

I have a brand new, fresh, clean install of Windows Server 2012 That I have installed the community installation on with all the default settings. I noticed a 404 error and saw that the Tomcat service failed to start. The service refuses to start. The Tomcat logs say the following:[2014-05-29 10:44:

if you go into alfresco\tomcat\bin and run catalina.bat configtest
you probably see what I see. Error: Could not find or load main class ++JvmOptions=-XX:-DisableExplicitGC

No one seems to have found fix yet? I'm working on it today and will post in new thread if I find resolve.
