can't preview MS office!!

hi!i'm fresh new to alfresco.i encountered a problem,that is:when i upload a file of MS office like xx.doc or xx.xlsx,I just can't preview it! when I click the button of "preview the file on the browser" ,then I get a download file of it!! below are some of my shotscreen of this problem. And the

That sounds normal to me. If it's a file type that the browser itself can't preview, it'll download it.

However, you should be able to preview the file inside Alfresco just by clicking on it's name in the document library (or search). Is that working?

And…I'm considering that if you could help me another problem:
Recently I encountered a problem that:
    If the administrator created a user just in a group,then that user can Actually create
folders ,files and etc.
    Then I have to suspect that if some normal stuffs ,who shouldn't have authority ,create folders or any other things ,And this will make the "file share" a mess?
    So How can I solve this ?I just want to make this 'Create Select' unactivated when the user who log in is not an Administrator.
