missing header aikau interface

hi all.I follow this tutorial http://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/aikau-tutorials-project.html step by stepbut when i go to http://localhost:8081/share/page/hdp/ws/simple-page, my page is missing header, both chrome and firefoxI don't know what to do!thanks all!

Hi,
The tutorial is referring Alfresco version 5.0 and your Alfresco version 4.2.f. So, there is a chance of missing some features/ reference.
Can you please confirm that, you don't have any errors in the javascript console?
