Using "Edit online" a couple of times it happens that the document stays locked in Alfresco (from time to time it seems that MS Office have problems sending the unlock command or Alfresco have problems with the unlock command or whatever). Trying to unlock the document in Alfresco Explorer as admin

Hi Micheal,

Were you able to find any additional info on the locking issue? We are facing the same issue on 4.2.f and we think the root cause is similar to what you mentioned in your post.
