    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are we able to create multiple RM sites for a single alfresco repository instance?&amp;nbsp; It looks like this has been on the drawing board for years, but it doesn't appear to be implemented yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If not, what's the best solution to handle different orgs wanting to have separate RM repositories?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Separate stacks of alfresco / share?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Single install, but split file plans and have appropriately split perms?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The end result should be for separate orgs to have complete control over their own RM repositories, with their own file plans, without being able to see the others records.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks all!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No the idea of an "RM site" has evolved.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The model now (I understand)&amp;nbsp; is a single RM site for the whole organisation.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There are unlikely to be that many records managers that they need multiple sites.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Different parts of an organisation have their own sites that can use RM functionality as they see fit.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Therefore there is no need for multiple RM sites.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
