Really appreciate any kinds of support on the following question1) How to define a site template, and let the other site created against the template?(2) How to display the records which are from the other sites and met some kinds of criteria?(3) How to delete the pre-defined "Alfresco addon RSS"

They gave me some ideas on how to implement it:
(1) When start a document review process, move the document to a folder and freeze it;
(2) Append the approving related aspect to the document to track the approving process.
