    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;JCR has been obsolete since CMIS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If alfresco still has any vestigial support for JCR its well deprecated and overdue for "end of life."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In short don't try to use alfresco as a JCR repostory. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Edit - just did some digging into the status of JCR in alfresco since it was not clear to me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It was documented for EOL on the 2013 roadmap.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Product_Roadmap_2013#End-of-life" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Product_Roadmap_2013#End-of-life&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; And carried through in June this year.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ACE-2013.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Alfresco 5.0 does not support JCR.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
