Maybe is too late but just in case

It seems to be a conflict using the bundle installer with libraries in alfresco/common/lib. The Alfresco bundle start scripts overwrite the global Library PATH during startup to priorize the use of libraries found on: alfresco/common/lib. Either if you built or installed ffmpeg from a distro package, it could had been linked to different library versions, and this error raises during a transformation:

*ffmpeg: …/common/lib/libz.so.1: no version information available (required by /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libavcodec.so.53)
ffmpeg: …/common/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_X.X.X' not found*

At the end I decided to stop searching and used the static ffmpeg version, which works as expected. Download (http://johnvansickle.com/ffmpeg/), extract and modify the alfresco-global.properties with new path of the ffmpeg-static

Go to the ffmpeg website and download the static binaries. Replace the 'ffmpeg' program and that will do the job, since it will not depend on anything else.
