Yet another RM Dashlet question

Hi guys, i have gone through other threads that pose this question but i haven't gotten any satisfactory solutions. I am using alfresco 4.2.f with alfresco-rm-2.1.a-621. I installed the RM using the -force switch but i still cant find the dashlet when i try to install Records management. Does anyone

In 2.1 the dashlet has been removed.

To create the RM site, open the standard create site dialog. Drop down the site type list and select "Records Management" .. then create the RM site.

Once the site has been created you can access the Management Console from the RM site itself.
