In particular im looking to enforce our parent companies record retention policy which requires document destruction after a defined period. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Ive managed to model the basic workflow using disposition schedules and custom events but im falling down at the last step which is the destruction. I cant seem to get the system to destroy the records. The system shows them as ready for destruction but stops there. A previous post states that the system doesn't provide that functionality "out of the box" and would require customization. So the question is …. what options are available to achieve this? I assume theres a scripting interface/API that I can call to do this, or maybe even an internal scheduler that I can configure?
