Hi,
I've the need to show sites blog post into the users dashboards. In the Alfresco installation I'm managing we have many "Sites" (one per project) and I'm trying to push the use of the sites blogs; it would be very interesting to let some (or all) blog post to be seen outside the site (into the dasboard) to have a "cross site" (global) comunication.

Is that possible ?

Anyway, is there some good advice (best practice) on how to organize an alfresco repository for a small software house (we are above 30 people) with many different projects with people working on more than one project at a time ?

Thanks

You can show blog posts from different sites on one dashlet. Just create a webscript which browser though all the sites blog and use that webscript to show those blogs on dashlet.
For using alfresco for your organization may be you could use site per project approach. That will be really easy to manage.

Then I'm starting to study how to create this kind of dashlet. Have you got some examples similar to what i'm looking for ? Is it possible to list all the blog post with a specific tag, so that i can choose which one should be listed on the main dashboard.

Thanks
