Could this be related?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are signing the jars with a server certificate from symantec we already have. You need to buy a certificate to sign you applet code now in Java 7. We bought one in &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://cheapsslsecurity.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://cheapsslsecurity.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It is much cheaper than VerySign, however process is a little bit slow.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You need to buy this certificate for code signing and then sign your code before using it in Java7.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope it helps&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
