Hi AlL, I was able to install AAAR module from pentaho market place.Then after restarting the service, I am able to see "AAAR" in the "Tools" menu, but when I click it, I get empty screen and I get message on log files as <strong> Resource /jpivot/jpivot/messages_supported_languages.properties

Hi Bisana,

The error you get is related to the Pentaho installation because AAAR does not use JPivot.
Please, check the Pentaho installation again.

Hi Francesco,
Thanks for the feedback.
My default Pentaho CE does not have JPivot installed, So AAAR should be working.
I have attached the sreen shot of my pentaho modules, for your reference
I will parallely check with pentaho forum for Pentaho, but if you have any advice for pentaho, please advice

Hi Bisana,

During the past days I received some contacts from someone that installed Pentaho as root, having some kind of problems.
If this is your case, please use a different user than root.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Francesco,
Thanks for the reply.
My AAAR instance was installed using normal desktop user, I have noticed that Sparkl also has issue.
In one test instance I tried adding Sparkl prior to adding AAAR, restarted the instance , when I was trying to access Sparkl, it was throwing error. I am not posting the error log here, I will open another thread and add post it there
I tried accessing the pentaho using FireFox (Linux), GoogleChrome, FireFox (windows), so we can rule out that it is browser issue of flash plugin

Make sure the needed plugins are installed, before u install AAAR, please check the screen shot of the lugins needed for AAAR installation
