UUID preservation on migration process

We have an old 3.4 Alfresco EE with manual (and undocumented) modifications and several applications integrated using directly Alfresco UUID to link the contents. Another Alfresco EE 4.1 is available as target for the content of this old environment. How can we migrate original 3.4 contents to 4.1 w

Hello Angel,

Alfresco Export & Import should be fine here. The important thing is that you can't use the import action in the UI - you have to use an importer via Spring, because those will allow you to specify a UUID in the view XML while the UI import will silently drop the UUID and generate a new one. Since the export from Alfresco already includes the UUID, you should be good to go from the view XML pont of view (as long as you don't have to apply some cleanup during the migration).
