Preview problems with Thai word doc

I am using Alfresco communication ver 5.0.a on Ubuntu 14.04 server. Everything is nice. I can preview pdf files without any problems. However, when previewing Thai documents in MS word, Thai codes are not shown properly. I wonder if this is a problem of font files in the system or a problem of confi

Check the locales on the server with the command ::: <strong>locale -a</strong>

I have checked the locale on ubuntu as shown below:
root@linux:~# locale -a
C
C.UTF-8
en_US.utf8
POSIX
th_TH
th_TH.tis620
th_TH.utf8

Any further suggestion are welcome.
