Hi i want to customize alfresco UI according to my need As i want to repository as Vault folder as Safe,and users as Associates….and want to remove some items like workflow……Can it possible

well, then you'll have to specify your questions more fine-grained. Which Alfresco Version are your using? Which Alfresco client do you like to customize?
If it's just a relabeling then you'll have to change the values in the appropriate .properties file.

alfresco share is based on surf framework,to customize share you need to get yourself familiar with surf framework first.
