    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm quite new to Alfresco, I use alfresco-5.0.c.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If I use Alfresco I'll have to use an external authentication.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I read in the documentation (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/adminconsole-directorymgt-external.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/adminconsole-directorymgt-external.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) I have to 'Open the Admin Console'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I found in "Launching the Admin Console" (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/adminconsole-open.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/adminconsole-open.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) I must "Enter the following URL in a browser window:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;your-host-name&amp;gt;:&amp;lt;alfresco-port&amp;gt;/alfresco/service/enterprise/admin"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But this leads to a 404 error :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"The Web Script /alfresco/service/enterprise/admin has responded with a status of 404 - Not Found."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried "alfresco/service/community/admin" without success.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any idea ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lionel Barth&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It is on the parent document.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; However I agree it is not clear so I've given feedback for the docs team.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On alfresco community you would configure external authentication via settings in your alfresco-global.properties file.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In particular by adding external authentication to the authentication chain.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
