You need to do this operation in three stages.
First import all contents in alfreso,
Import all users and groups in alfresco
Map imported users with imported content.

Issue with all the import tool will be that while importing content they do not have idea about permission which were applied on files also they are not aware about users in LDAP.

I'm very interested about your answer, can you explain more detailed how to map users with bulk imported content? Do I need some special tool, or is it possible to import it through bulk import? I havent found any way how to do it for now.
