Looks great!

Have you gone to addons.alfresco.com? We would like to encourage developers of add-ons to create an account and submit their addons to our online directory. You can submit your add-on, add all the details that you can, and it will be listed and searchable on the webiste.

We want it to be a "one-stop" place for all Alfresco add-ons, and would help people find your add-on.

Let me know if you have any questions, thanks!

Quikdrop is an ingestion tool and Scan is an included way of ingestion. Apart from scan and release, you can also drag and drop document(s) from desktop / email client. Please refer to the feature set mentioned in the thread above. Also, if you go and register in the support site mentioned in the thread, you will be able to download Installation and User guides for Quikdrop.

My experience with CIFS usage is that it slows the system, when more people uses the system
I will try out this addon, will give u my feedback

Quikdrop for Alfresco does not have a batch scan feature. However, we do have an enterprise version of this product that does have the Batch Scan features. However, that is not free. If you would like to see it, we can probably set up a demo. Drop an email to srikant@introspeqt.com and we can schedule at a convenient time for a demo.

-Srikant
