Hi,
this is a "Million dollar question"
I have to set up a pilot project based on Alfresco Community. Really it is not a "critical" environment.
I know that the 4.2.c has few bugs, so I have thought to use the latest nightly build available (4.2.d 11-Apr-2013)
Looking at jira it seems to me that there aren't very important bugs opened.

So, in your point of view, is it ok to go on the 4.2.d nightly?

Thanks
Alex

Hi,
usually when I start a pilot project, not critical as it is in your case, I always go for the last stable version.
Mainly because I'm quite sure it has been tested, it constitutes a stable brick of my environment and I have an installer or at least a set of well identified modules.
I would go for a nightly build only if I'm sure it addresses a bug or a flaw that is vital for my project.
But that's always a matter of opinion…

Regards,
Andrea
