Customize Site Welcome Dashboard

Hello everyone,We are using 4.2.d on Centos 6.4.I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. I know that the Welcome Site Dashboard (the one that has the 4 columns and links)is one that would be shared across all sites that are created. I'm wanting to modify it to change some links

The JS, FTL, and properties files for the dynamic-welcome dashlet can be found here: share/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/site-webscripts/org/alfresco/components/dashlets. The verbiage for the messages can be found in the localized dynamic-welcome.get.properties files.

Hello guys,

I'm using 4.2.c and I'm wondering if this dashlet can be disabled for good?
If so, what are the steps to do that?
