Can't delete google docs in cloud

I created google docs document in alfresco cloud.And then that file is locked, while editing. I directly delete that file by google docs site(not alfresco cloud).I cant delete it in alfresco cloud.it is always locking status.Can I delete it in alfresco cloud.

I hope you have contacted support directly and they have been able to help you with your issue.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much interaction with support on these forums. The lack of activity here doesn't give a good impression of either the Alfresco Cloud or the level of support for paying customers

You are right, these are forums for the alfresco community. Paying customers should contact alfresco support directly.

Can't unlock, can't delete, can't access the file to unlock it. What is going on here??

The Alfresco Cloud really does need a much more comprehensive administration interface to enable users to take care of these issues themselves. Until then, contact Alfresco support and they may be able to help.
