How to declare folder as a record folder

Hello experts,I am very new to Alfresco and want to know how to declare a folder as record folder (same like declare as record). since i am having huge data in folders and not possible to perform declare as record on each document.if we have already this feature in Alfresco guide me where i can find

This is currently not supported. A JIRA has already been created. See https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/RM-1678.

Thats nice to see …. but i confused about one thing , i.e, Alfresco is going to provide this feature in next releases or we need to customize it for ourselves.

You can do the customization if you want. We'll implement the feature at some point as well, but I don't know at the moment if that is on our backlog or not. I suggest to vote for the issue (and maybe comment on that as well).

instead of customization we are going with applying rule with declare as record and it is meeting our requirement.
