What is the exact SVN Url you have tried? The most current is http://svn.alfresco.com/repos/alfresco-open-mirror/alfresco/COMMUNITYTAGS/V4.2c/, but depends on what version you want to have. When fetching from inside an company network, it might be required to adjust proxy settings in Eclipse to use the companys proxy (if there is one).
