The reason for the check is that installing the RM module does not necessarily mean that the RM site exists. And if it does not exists the create record action does not make sense. Of course people would expect the RM site to be there if the module is installed, but we need to check all the possibilities. But you're right a change has to be done to solve the performance issue. It would be very good if you can post the issue number so that other people can follow on the progress as well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
