Hi All,I was wondering if someone here could guide me on a way to create a MANDATORY document type field when uploading a file to an Alfresco folder.Ideally I'd like to have it as a drop down box that our end users would select from prior to being able to complete the upload process.Is this function

Alfresco doesn't offer that feature out of the box, but you can use this addon https://github.com/softwareloop/uploader-plus

Hi,

If you are using Flash Uploader then you can have the types show in drop down list at upload dialogue.
To show custom type in drop down list, you need to add your custom type in Flash-Upload.get.js
