      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my opinion&amp;nbsp;it is very difficult even impossible for you to do that from database.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Permissions can be inherited from/override the parent folder,it will be very difficult for you to evaluate read permission directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
