      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The easiest way to do so is to use a development server, create and configure the rule as you need it, export the folder and its content into an ACP file, and them create a bootstrap configured to create the folder during the startup.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In order to export the folder, you can use this addon &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://addons.alfresco.com/addons/importexport-acpzip-share" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://addons.alfresco.com/addons/importexport-acpzip-share&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can find the information you need to configure the bootstrap here &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://docs.alfresco.com/community/references/dev-extension-points-bootstrap.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://docs.alfresco.com/community/references/dev-extension-points-bootstrap.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had to do the same thing some days ago, and I can say it works perfectly if done right.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let me know if you need more info.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
