I have a problem with members of one of alfresco sites. They see only a blank page when they access alfresco, other users are not affected, I am also the member of this site and I don't have this problem. Have you looked at the developer tools in chrome or firefox? Usually you can get an error there when a page fails to load.

Hi statira,

It looks like this user's personal dashboard has become corrupted (http://alfresco.blog.redpill-linpro.com/2014/06/12/resetting-a-users-dashboard-in-alfresco-share/). What happens if they try and go to a site directly? If they are able to access other pages within the system, and just not their own dashboard, then it's likely to be this. The above link gives some suggested steps that you can take to remove the user's dashboard and effectively reset it back to it's default state. These steps call some Alfresco internal methods that normally get called when a user is deleted to clean up their dashboard and associated surf config - use at your own risk

Hi steven,
unfortunately users are unable to access any page of alfresco at all, it's not only a dashboard problem (which some of users also have but it doesn't bother as much as the whole site being unaccessible).
