Just to clarify... are you saying that you only want to configure the FileSelect widget so that it only allows single file seletion?

The short answer is that this is not currently possible. However you have a number of options on how to address this.

The reason that it is not possible is that the FileSelect form control wraps the FileInput widget. The HTML template for the FileInput widget currently has "multiple" hardcoded in it to support multiple file selection.

It would make sense for Aikau to make this configurable, so your options are:

Raise a pull request with the proposed change
Raise a feature request issue in GitHub and wait for it to be fixed
Extend the widgets and create a custom solution

This would make a very valuable contribution so it would be great to see you contribute a pull request to solve it. However, if you'd rather just wait for it to be fixed then I suggest you raise an issue. However, as this is a feature request there is no guarantee on when it will be resolved.

I saw current FileInput.html support multiple.
