email site invitation

hi all,i am trying to configure the email service for sites invitation, i modified the outbound section in alfresco-global.properties file as recommended on Alfresco One 4.2.1 Documentation but with no luck. from the admin console, when i test (Send Test Message)its working and i do receive the test

It seems ok, let's check a pair of points:
1. Check Alfresco logs to search some Exception on this
2. Invited user has to be an Alfresco User with a valid email introduced on the profile

thanks alot, regarding the logs, is it the same log in tomcat folder ?
regarding the users, yes all of them have valid email ID on the profile.

alfresco/tomcat/logs/catalina.out‍

Is Activity feed enabled? If not then please enable it and verify.

yes its enabled
but no luck

regarding the logs, i there is no file with name catalinaout !!
i took snapshot for files located in tomcat logs folder.

any suggestions ?

It seems launching Tomcat as service does not log on default folder.
