Hi,
According to http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Community_file_list_4.2.c it seems that only Windows and Mac are supported.
Take a look to the JIRA site in order to find out what's going on https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/DSYNC

That Jira issue is not available to logged in users neither. I'm pretty interested on it too.

That project (DSYNC) is obsolete and no longer updated.

Sorry to be vague but Desktop Sync issues are elsewhere.

Hi ESWBitto,

If you need to sync Alfresco content to your Linux PC, I suggest using <a href="http://cmissync.com/">CmisSync</a>.
CmisSync runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, Raspberry Pi, and there are plans for mobile as well.

There is a .deb package for Debian/Ubuntu/derivates. Depending on your set up you might have to <a href="https://github.com/aegif/CmisSync/blob/master/CmisSync/Linux/README.md">compile it yourself</a>, which is easy if you can use the Linux terminal a bit. Also, a large computer company is using it on SUSE Linux.
