Permission section was removed from Document Details page in 5.1

i was wondering why alfresco removed permission section from Alfresco 5.1 document detail page.but in previous version permission section was there in Document Details page. is there any security issue arise when permission details show. i checked this and i found this comment in Document-details.xm

Hello,

the way permissions are handled in sites was changed way back in 4.2 to using "granular permissions" instead of the old "role-based permissions". This meant that the "Permissions" block in the details view was showing something that was actually no longer used / usefull. As a late feature completion, this useless block has now been removed.
