      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I think your task type is defaulted to "reject" hence it uses that transition. I had a similar challenge a few years ago. Try switching you default task type outcome to "Approve" and observe.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
