Please always attach log files instead of pasting them in your question.

Which specific problem of your log do you want to have explained / dealt with? There are quite a few of them, so you need to be specific - or did you just want to offload some of your work here and have everything of the log file explained?

Basically a template directive selectSingleNode failed to select a node, some transformation failed due to not being supported and either one of your caches is too small or one operation tried to load too many elements into cache, but either way a transactional cache was overwhelmed with data.

I'm sorry, next time i'll attach my logs.

So do I need to increase my cache memory? will this resolve the issue/s? I'm not very familiar with this error in alfresco.log, it's the first time I've encountered this.

Also I've manage to fix the error, I increase the XX:ReservedCodeCacheSized from 128 to 256. Is this a good resolution?

The double encoding of footer contents is an old issue.

-XX:ReservedCodeCacheSized has nothing to do with the caches mentioned in the logs. This setting is usually not required. Configuring the repository caches is the proper documentation page to consider when you want to change cache settings. Also consider that your cache may not be too small, but one operation may be poorly implemented and require too much data to be loaded in one transaction - or it is just a one-shot operation and you don't need to change anything. Cache settings should only be changed if there is a performance benefit for frequent operations or a serious side-effect needs to be prevented. A single log message may not be something to worry about at all.

FlatFilter exceptions may occur during PDF text extraction depending on the quality of the PDF (and stability of the PDF library). This may be a one-off problem with a specific PDF file unless it reoccurs, and thus nothing to worry about yet.

I have answered the doclib thumbnail issue in the duplicate post.

And the other error is also quite on the nose about it: The asynchronous action (unclear which one but very likely a configured rule) is trying to create a file that already exists in the same folder. Maybe you have configure a folder rule to transform a document into a PDF on create and update (or just update) without deleting any previously transformed output before setting of another.
