Hello,

from a programming perspective, Alfresco Community and Alfresco One are one and the same product. You can start with either one to learn developing extensions to Alfresco. On the API level, there is only a limited difference in that Alfresco One provides some additional services specific to the Enterprise features - but I have found that even in customer projects with Alfresco One (Enterprise) I have never had the need to use these services.
