I tried connecting with Alfresco USA office but they could not help. What can I do?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"Alfresco" is in several parts. I am guessing you are trying to log in via Share and I suspect that the repository (confusingly called Alfresco) is not running.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I suggest to check to see if Alfresco is running. It sounds like it isn't. Try looking for a fail error in alfresco.log or catalina.out.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If nobody can get in at all, it probably needs a restart.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
