      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes SOLR is in the community edition.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Indexing is always running, there is no "non-busy" period.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
