      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do not need to run rule explicitly. For Example if your condition is For "All Item" when "Item created" then whenever new content will be added to that folder your rule will be invoked automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
