Datalist menu item

Hi allI have installed Alfresco community 5c version and want to use a datalist. After install I created a test model and updated the share-config-custom.xml. Even before that I cannot see the datalist menu item. Is there any other war or amp I need to install? i followed Jeffs article here at http:

Can you share your code?

There is nothing special to install in order to make it work.
It's almost the same as creating a new custom document type.

It must be something wrong with your files.

If you post it here, it will be easier to help

hi douglas
actually if i go to localhost:8080/share/page/site/my-site/data-lists it does show up..but menu doesnt show up in the main toolbar. is there anyway to add that there? the configs seem correct since i can add the custom data list if i go to that above mentioned page

also is there anyway i can upload a file in one of the columns of the datalistitem …if i define a cm:content i can just select a content from the repository
