    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks mathieuga, seems like the one I was looking for.&amp;nbsp; However, does "Create link" support having a different ACL?&amp;nbsp; I was looking into having a documents grouped by Client name. Initially, only project managers would have access to it.&amp;nbsp; However, there would be a need to duplicate documents (or in what I would like to do, create a link/alias…for all to have the latest copy) to another location which some departments would have access like Engineering, Accounting, etc. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As for my other query of linking/grouping together related documents, I think that I can get around it by grouping into folders, subfolders and/or creating a link like the above &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://connect.hyland.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
